This round will be private - only invited investors will be able to participate, as we're strictly interested in working with investors aligned with our long-term strategy.

Our initial coin offering seeks to raise funds for the DAO to fund our initial projects by selling 10 million of all tokens (10%) with each investor having a minimum buy in 500,000 tokens and not being able to acquire more than 5,000,000 (5%) of outstanding tokens.

In order to create a proposal in the DAO, you must control at least 1,000,000 (1%) tokens

The ICO is priced at 1 DGST = $0.01 USDC/ETH Equivalent

This initial coin offering seeks to raise $100,000 USD to fund the final stages of development on our first game, before we do our mint.

All funds paid during this early investor ICO will be paid directly to the development fund wallet to cover the final costs of developing Bastion Lords.

After this ICO is completed, provided we sell all tokens, 50% of all DGST will remain in reserve to fund our future offerings, covered in Second Offering and Third Offering.

What happens if not enough funds are raised?

At a minimum, we hope to raise $50,000 to fund our final build out - but even if we don't raise this sum, we still plan to build regardless, but perhaps at a slower pace - since we've already being doing this anyways!

Our projects will happen regardless of funding, but we hope you'll join us for the ride and you'll benefit from being able to purchase shares at the lowest price we plan to offer!
